Overland Journey to Nepal border

This overland journey offers a truly unique experience. You’ll travel from Mainland China to Lhasa, where you can visit renowned attractions such as the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple while your body adjusts to the altitude.

As you make your way gradually towards the western part of Tibet, you’ll encounter several significant natural and cultural wonders. These include the holy Yamdrok Lake, the magnificent Karola Glaciers, ancient Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, and the majestic peaks within the Himalayan ranges.

Undoubtedly, the most breathtaking part of the trip will be the Everest Base Camp (EBC). Here, you can embark on a short and easy trek or capture the stunning scenery through photography, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 5: Shigatse to EBC (5050m), 340km/

Overnight at local guesthouse.
Attractions: Mt. Everest, Sakya Monastery, Rongbuk Monastery, Everest Basecamp

Day 6:Rongbuk Monastery to Kyirong, 240km.

Overnight at Kyirong
Attractions: Mt. Everest, Rongbuk Monastery

Day 8:Departure from Tibet
