Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with Tibet Roof of World.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment as specified in your tour package.
2. Payment Policy
Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement date.
3. Tibet Group Visa (TGV)
Updated from 2023
As per the updated 2023 regulations, a group of at least 5 travelers is required for a TGV from Chinese embassy in Nepal. We will assist you in obtaining the visa, but we are not responsible for any delays or rejections by the embassy.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Here is our refund structure based on the timing of your cancellation.
5. High Altitude Health
Tibet is a high-altitude region. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit. Tibet Roof of World is not liable for health issues arising from altitude sickness, though we provide necessary support and acclimatization days.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
7. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road blockages, or government regulations in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
