Tour Plan
Day 1. ARRIVAL TO LHASA (3650m)
Your guide and driver will greet you at the airport or train station with a white scarf, welcoming you to Tibet. They’ll then transfer you to your hotel, where you can rest and take time to acclimatize to the high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau.

Day 2. LHASA CITY GUIDED TOUR (B)
Today, you’ll visit the Potala Palace – the iconic symbol of Tibet and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch, you’ll head to Norbulingka, the traditional summer palace of the Dalai Lama.

Day 3. LHASA ESCORTED TOUR. (B)
In the morning, you’ll visit Jokhang Temple, the most renowned Buddhist temple in Tibet. Your guide will explain its rich history and profound significance to the Tibetan people in detail. Then you’ll take a short drive to Sera Monastery, one of the largest Gelug sect Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in Tibet. After your exploration of the monastery, make your way to its courtyard – where you’ll see monks gathering in different groups to take part in traditional religious debates.

Day 4. OUTSIDE LHASA TOUR. (B)
Today we’re taking a day trip out of Lhasa. In the morning, we’ll visit Gaden Monastery—a stunning Gelug Sect monastery tucked away on a mountainside. After lunch, a short drive brings us to Drak Yerpa Retreat Center. This lovely combo makes for a perfect day, before we head back to Lhasa.

Day5. DEPART TO THE NEXT DESTINATION (B)
Now it is the time to say good bye to Tibet and make ready for your next destination, your guide and driver will transfer you to the Airport/Train station.
