Day 1: Arrival in Lhasa (3650m)
Your guide and driver will greet you at the airport or train station with a white scarf and transfer you to your hotel. Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau.

Day 2: Lhasa City Guided Tour (B)
Visit the Potala Palace, the iconic symbol of Tibet and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch, explore Norbulingka, the traditional summer palace of the Dalai Lama.

Day 3: Lhasa Escorted Tour (B)
Visit Jokhang Temple, the most renowned Buddhist temple in Tibet. Then head to Sera Monastery to witness traditional monk debates in the courtyard.

Day 4: Lhasa to Samye (3580m) – Chimpuk Hermitage (48 km)
Travel via the S5 expressway with views of the Yarlung Zangbo River valley. Visit Samye Monastery, Tibet’s first Buddhist temple, and continue to Chimpuk Hermitage on Narui Mountain (4300m).

Day 5: Samye to Tsedang (3560m) – 38 km
Visit Yumbu Lhakhang, Tibet’s first palace, followed by Traduk Monastery.

Day 6: Tsedang to Gyantse
Visit Mindrolling Monastery, stop at Yamdrok Lake, view Karola Glacier, and continue to Gyantse.

Day 7: Gyantse to Shigatse – Lhasa
